CITY OF DOW CITY Public Hearing Notices The City of Dow City gives notice that public hearings regarding the proposed city ordinances rate increases for water, refuse garbage, and sewer service rates will be held on April 1, 2024 at 7:01 p.m., 7:02 p.m., and 7:03 p.m. at the Dow City, City Hall. Full text of the proposed ordinances rate increases can be viewed at city hall during regular office hours. Submit all written objections to the City of Dow City, P.O.
