The Harrison County Department of Secondary Roads recently received a bid for their #908 Diamond boom mower on AuctionTime totaling $19,200. Though that bid was the highest received to date, Harrison County Engineer Steve Struble denied it, as the equipment cost $62,000 brand new in 2013.
