Last Friday, Boyer Valley had 40 participants in its annual “Drive Your Tractor to School” event sponsored by the Harrison County Farm Bureau.
Students joining in on the fun began parading to Dunham's shed on Highway 37 early Friday morning, where they turned around and headed to the school to park.
Driving right in front of the community school in Dunlap, students and staff gathered outside of the building and inside of the main entrance doors to watch the parade. Members of the community were also on-hand, taking photos and speaking with students.
With FFA advisor Chelsea Schroeder running point on the event, Boyer Valley students all managed to park their large tractors in tight spaces outside of the school without incident.
