ORDINANCE NUMBER 210 AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 6-11 ZONING CODE TO THE 2023 CITY OF DUNLAP CODE OF ORDINANCES BE IT ENACTED the City Council of the City of Dunlap, Iowa: SECTION 1. Chapter 6-11 shall be amended to read as follows: Ordinance No. 124 adopted May 8th, 1996 entitled “The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Dunlap”, and amendments thereto have been included as separate volume of this Cod of Ordinance. The following ordinances have been adopted amending Ordinance No. 164. ORDINANCE, ADOPTED, SUBJECT SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not effect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effective upon its passage and publication, as required by law.
