NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF DUNLAP, IOWA The City Council of the City of Dunlap will hold a Public Hearing and first reading of the ordinance regarding the proposed amendment to the Zoning chapter to adopt the 1996 Dunlap Zoning Ordinance by reference, on September 13th, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. at the City Hall. Copies of said ordinance are available for public inspection with the City Clerk. The purpose of this ordinance is to reinstate language that had been previously removed from the Dunlap Code of Ordinances adopting by reference the 1996 Dunlap Zoning Ordinance that had been previously passed on May 8th, 1996, by ordinance #124. Oral comments will be heard at the time of the hearing, or written comments may be addressed to the City of Dunlap, 716 Iowa Avenue, Dunlap, IA 51529, prior to the hearing.
