The Woodbine Women for Veterans group presented a Quilt of Valor to Wilbur 'Bud' Busing (Missouri Valley) on Dec. 1. He turned 102 years old last month, and is the oldest living veteran in the state of Iowa. He served for the United States Marines during World War II.
