PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF DUNLAP, IOWA Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Dunlap, Iowa, is holding a public hearing at 6:45 p.m. on June 8, 2022, at City Hall, 716 Iowa Ave., Dunlap, Iowa, concerning the proposed conveyance of the North 50 feet of Lots 14, 15 and 16 in Block 20 in the Town of Dunlap, Harrison County, Iowa, subject to easements of record, to Diane Kuhlman, for the purchase price of $101.00. Following the public hearing and absent any legitimate objection to the proposal, the City Council is expected to sell the above-described real property and convey same to Diane Kuhlman for the agreed upon purchase price of $101.00, plus costs incurred by the City in transferring the real estate, while reserving easements of record.
