NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT, AND ESTIMATED TOTAL COST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN DRAINAGE REPAIRS IN THE UPPER BOYER DRAINAGE DISTRICT, HARRISON COUNTY, IOWA A public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Upper Boyer Drainage District on the proposed plans and specifications, proposed form of contract and estimated total cost for the construction of drainage repairs. Said repairs consist of channel bank and jetty revetment repairs and hydroseeding along the levees of the Boyer River from Harrison County road Parker Trail to US HWY 30 at Woodbine, Iowa. Said public hearing will be held at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Upper Boyer Drainage District in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in the Harrison County Courthouse at Logan, Iowa, at 9:00 A.M. on August 6, 2024.
