Harrison County, Iowa TITLE I Organization and Structure Chapter 4 Election Precincts Harrison County Reprecincting and Redistricting SECTION 1-4-1 PURPOSE: The purpose of this ordinance is to establish the election precincts in Harrison County based upon population figures of the 2020 Federal decennial census in accordance with IOWA CODE Sections 331.210A and 49. SECTION 1-4-2 ELECTION PRECINCTS: In accordance with Sections 49.3, 49.4 and 49.6 of the CODE OF IOWA, the election precincts shall be: Precinct 1 Little Sioux Township and City of Little Sioux 315 Precinct 2 Jackson and Allen Townships and City of Pisgah 640 Precinct 3 Harrison and Douglas Townships and the portion of City of Dunlap within Harrison County 1454 Precinct 4 Morgan and Raglan Townships and City of Mondamin 696 Precinct 5 Magnolia and Calhoun Townships and City of Magnolia 1038 Precinct 6 Boyer and Lincoln Townships and City of Woodbine 2133 Precinct 7 Clay, Taylor, and Cincinnati Townships and City of Modale 776 Precinct 8 Jefferson and LaGrange Townships and City of Logan 2384 Precinct 9 St John Township 1240 Precinct 10 City of Missouri Valley 2675 Precinct 11 Cass, Union, and Washington Townships and City of Persia 1231 SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective on January 15, 2022, after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
