City of Dunlap Meeting Minutes July 19, 2022 Mayor Knickman called the special council meeting to order on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall pursuant to law with the following council members present: Gunia, Casperson, Schauer, Kuhlman; Absent: Skarin. Motion by Casperson second by Kulman to approve the agenda. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Kuhlman second by Gunita to approve Resolution 2022-12 RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER A VACANCY EXISTS ON THE DUNLAP CITY COUNCIL. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Gunia second by Casperson to hire Brodie Ludwig and Sidney Klein as Lifeguards. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Kuhlman second by Gunia to approve Michelle Garside building permit. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Kuhlman second by Schauer to set minimum water rate at $11.50 and each 1000 after at $6.00. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Gunia second by Casperson to purchase/install cameras from Advanced Communication Services for $10,023.00. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Gunia second by Casperson to adjourn at 7:09pm. All in favor, motion carried. These minutes will be approved at the next regular council meeting.
