City of Dunlap Meeting Minutes February 8, 2023 Mayor Knickman called the regular council meeting to order on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall pursuant to law with the following council members present: Kuhlman, Gunia, Bonsall, Schauer, Casperson. Motion by Kuhlman second by Bonsall to approve the agenda. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Casperson second by Schauer to approve minutes from January 11 Regular Council Meeting. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Schauer second by Bonsall to approve payment of bills. All in favor, motion carried. Joyce Cogdill gave a report on the Fire Department. They had 21 rescue calls and one fire mutual aid. Pat Cogdill got elected as Fire Chief again at their last meeting. Paula Evans gave a report on the library. Motion by Casperson second by Bonsall to approve the Return-to-Work policy. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Schauer second by Kuhlman to approve the Return-to-Work Temporary Modified Assignment Policy. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Schauer second by Kuhlman to approve the Seatbelt Policy with the Mayor as enforcement. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Gunia second Casperson to approve the Incident Review Policy. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Gunia second by Kuhlman to adjourn at 8:14pm. All in favor, motion carried. These minutes will be approved at the next regular council meeting.
