City of Dunlap Meeting Minutes December 22, 2021 Mayor Knickman called the special council meeting to order on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 5:00 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall pursuant to law with the following council members present: Gunia, Casperson, Schauer, Kuhlman; absent: Hopkins. Motion by Gunia second by Schauer to approve the agenda. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Gunia second by Schauer to approve the ICAP settlement with Ray Ohl. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Schauer second by Kuhlman to go ahead with the Street Sweeper with the price increase. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Kuhlman second by Gunia to adjourn at 5:13pm.
