City of Dunlap Meeting Minutes December 14, 2022 Mayor Knickman called the regular council meeting to order on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall pursuant to law with the following council members present: Casperson, Bonsall, Schauer; absent: Kuhlman, Gunia. Motion by Schauer second by Bonsall to approve the agenda. Motion by Bonsall second by Schauer to approve minutes from November 9th Regular Council Meeting and November 2nd Workshop. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Casperson second by Bonsall to approve payment of bills. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Schauer second by Bonsall to approve consent agenda items: Building permits for 4- County Fair-cement. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Schauer second by Bonsall to approve 28E Fire Agreement with Monona County. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Schauer second by Bonsall to approve 2 Senior Center Parking signs. All in favor, motion carried. Paula Evans gave a report on the library. Motion by Schauer second by Bonsall to approve McClure Engineering Plant Facility Plan. All in favor, motion carried. Steven Wingrove spoke under Public Input. Mayor Knickman let the Council know that he got an estimate on what it would cost to get the office so it will be on the generator, the cost was $600 it will be on next months agenda. Motion by Schauer second by Bonsall to purchase a floor scrubber for City Hall. All in favor, motion carried. Motion by Schauer second by Casperson to adjourn at 7:31pm. All in favor, motion carried.
