City of Dunlap Meeting Minutes April 13, 2022 Mayor Pro Tem Gunia called the Public Hearing MidAmerican Energy Franchise Agreement to order on Wednesday, April 13 at 6:51 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall pursuant to law with the following council members present: Skaring, Gunia, Casperson, Schauer; Absent: Kuhlman. Mayor Pro Tem Gunia opened the Public Hearing on proposed MidAmerican Energy Franchise Agreement gas and electric. There were no written or verbal comments received at the public hearing. Mayor Pro Tem Gunia closed the public hearing. Motion by Schauer second by Casperson to adjourn at 6:52pm. All in favor, motion carried.
